Vanilla Ice Cream - Not Cooked

Ingredients

  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 2 c half and half
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

    • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients using a hand mixer.
    2. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Place in ice cream maker and mix for at least 30 minutes.
    4. Remove from mixer and serve.
